Kaiji will conduct this experience. He trained at Koyasan and is now a monk at Zenkoji Temple in Takayama, where he performs the “Morning Ceremony”.

He will talk about what you can learn and what is important about Buddhism through his life experiences.
He also offers suggestions about nature, the universe, and love.
It is okay if you don’t know how to do shoko! You will be given a sheet with easy-to-understand explanations.

The itinerary will proceed as follows

• 7:00-7:05 Introduction
• 7:05-7:30 Burning Incense ＆ Sutra recitation
• 7:30-7:50 Preach
