In 2025, we marked our sixth year since opening. With new team members joining us and our bases expanding, it became a major milestone year for our company.
In Takayama tourism, the increase in visitors has also brought growing attention to challenges such as overtourism, and we strongly felt that tourism has entered a new phase.
Who is tourism truly for? We believe it is essential for the entire community to engage in discussion and to build renewed consensus between local residents and businesses.
Last year also saw an increase in customers who told us they found our company through searches using ChatGPT. As AI becomes more widespread and continues to transform everyday life, we will keep asking what will be needed next and strive to create services that are truly valued. We will continue working hard to expand our fan base not only across Japan, but also in Takayama City and the Hida region.
